I had a few spare hours today, so I took one of my new packrafts out to the Salt. The only rapid on the Lower Salt that could be considered a class II (depending on flows, etc), was a really enjoyable run. If I had more time, I would've taken out at the beach just below the rapid and ran it a few more times.

A note on 2018 water outlook: this is a record-setting dry year for the SRP reservoir system.
