| no partners | | | Several short hikes through the wonderful geology of the Reef. More to do here for sure. An old mining area, and a canyon with petroglyphs in the unusual situation of flowing down a wall, you had to be careful to not walk on some of them. Another hike to the back of the Reef and just exploring wherever the canyon wandered, got into a good size boulder choke on that one. Saw a couple of vehicles but not the people with them, and the young couple I talked to on my way to one of the canyons I didn't see again either. |
