Gorgeous, well-maintained trail. The trail starts out strong, switchbacking up a ridge which you will follow until you peak and descend into the oak-filled canyon. Monsoon the night before and we started early to beat the heat. It was cool and breezy the entire way with lots of running water. Turned around at the creek (about 2.5 miles) as my partner was getting fatigued and wasn't sure she could complete the entire route out-and-back. Will definitely be back to complete soon!
