I though about Haunted Canyon but figured JJ would think I was up to something so I stayed in the Western Supes. I started early to take advantage of the cool morning. If the Jeep temperature was correct it was 40 degrees at the trailhead. The sunshine did not hit the trail until I was near the Boulder Creek / Cavalry trail junction. The water was flowing in Boulder Creek as well as La Barge Creek. I did some off trail exploring southeast of Lower La Barge Box. It's a nice area but nothing of interest was discovered.
