Needed to escape the heat in the Valley so we headed to Mount Lemmon! Followed the loop that many others have done: Mt Lemmon/Meadow/Wilderness of Rocks/Lemmon Rock trail. Fabulous hike! I loved each diverse section!! Those last 2 miles were a butt-kicker! Saw a handful of people out on the trails but the trailhead (and surrounding area) was a zoo when we finished. We spent the drive home discussing the pros and cons of doing this Loop in the opposite direction next time.
