Joined a team of McDowell Sonoran Conservancy Stewards to place 3 game cameras in the Preserve this morning. We were given locations from an overhead photo of the area. We had to place the motion activated camera within 100 meters of the target location. We looked for trees to mount camera in and used poles we brought when trees were not available. All locations were off trail. I’ll be able to join the teams that trade out the cards and will be trained to view photos and log results. Love being off trail.
