Hiked up the Boulder Canyon Trail from Canyon Lake to a LaBarge Canyon viewpoint with my snowbird friend from Michigan. It was her first venture into the Superstition Wilderness and this was a great place to see some of the grandeur of this wilderness as well as some great views of Canyon Lake. We turned around after stopping for a lunch time snack at the viewpoint where the trail starts its steep descent to LaBarge Creek.
