| no partners | | Intended on hiking into Serene Lake/Rock Lakes area via Shellrock Trailhead, but the small parking lot was already full so I decided to use a lesser known alternative to hike into the area.
Rimrock Trailhead is well marked and the trail is easy to follow, but it's clear it doesn't see much use. As such, I had a nice pleasant hike and didn't see anyone all day. I expected to encounter multiple parties camped at Shellrock Lake, but it was apparently empty. |
