Warm weather dropped kids off at camp so I got a late start. Parking and no shuttle running in Manitou added 3 miles to the total distance. It was already almost 90 when I got to the trail. Could smell donuts near the summit, but tons of construction and fences deterred me from exploring. Maintained a good pace up and down. Trail has been improved since last time, but it is still a rough trail. Saw very few people on the way down because of my late start, but there was a couple recovering incline junkies, because The incline is closed ,running up Barr trail since there are stiff fines for trespassing on incline.
