| no partners | | I had some more ambitious hikes planned for our family reunion time in Kanab, but ultimately opted for some lower key alternatives that provided more opportunity to do what reunions are for—hang out with family.
The trail itself doesn’t actually go to the K, but just circles beneath it. To get to the K involves a little scrambling, but rewards with a nice view of the town and surrounding area.
This is a short hike up to the “K” on the hill above the town. Marking the hillside with the town/city’s initial letter isn’t unique to Utah, but it is ubiquitous here. |
