| no partners | | I wanted to try out a new area and scope out possibilities for future hikes.
I took in 122C just south of the Clints Well gas station. Plenty of campers dispersed off the road until the road got a little rougher.
I combined some forest roads and off trail to make this loop, with the main goal to see what kids of views I could get into Willow Valley and Clover Creek.
I had a great Lunch spot with views into Willow Valley

All in all, it was a success. I have some future areas to check out with a possible route into Willow Valley.
I saw and chatted with 3 groups all who asked the same question. Is this the way to the Maxwell and Tramway trails. I kindly told them they were on the wrong side of the canyon
I saw 4 turkeys and a doe.
