| no partners | | Sept 7th, my brother's birthday was the last time I did a Hood Walk: HTB 21% 102 slight to start at 6:29PM clockwise. Ending at 22% 101. Not many out. Hopefully this is the last hot evening walk
Today HTB 9% 93 none, starting at 5:59PM clockwise. Temp at 6:31PM 92.8 and still 9% humidity. The walk tonite (3919 steps) helped me get my max steps that my watch says I should do for the day so that was interesting. Other stats: Avg heart rate 121 bpm. I burned 191 calories, not quite enuf to burn off my dinner  and certainly not enuf to burn off a cupcake with frosting  .
There were a few other people out. Enjoyed seeing the slice of moon in the sky. And a few of the houses have some pretty neat HAZoween decorations up. |
