| no partners | | HTB: 34%, 90, nearly none; therefore, I was done. Just can't seem to hike at over 30% humidity with no breeze. I can but it is just not my cup of tea. But something is better than nothing I guess. Now I have a headache; haven't had one for awhile. Maybe it had to do with my text this morning that our Airbnb reservation for a getaway up in Flagstaff all of a sudden not being available so I was already grumpy and it didn't improve on the trail.
A few people are still masking up as they encounter me o that annoys me too. There's plenty of room to step aside to create that 6 foot spacing. I stepped aside a few times and when no thank you I still said you're welcome. And then RS was all over the place so I had to basically recreate most of my route. Yep, a grumpy tibber!
Two Hood walks this week:
8-13-2020 1.80 Miles 36 Mns 3.00 mph Start 7:21PM (HTB 19% 103 not really). Thot it might rain as it smelled in the air and the cicadas were oh so loud but alas, nada. cicadas went quiet when the sun went down
8-11-2020 1.76 Miles 31 Mns 3.41 mph Start 6:47PM (HTB 18% 104 not really). Beautiful clouds to the south, I think my best time |

For me, sometimes it's just as much about the journey as the destination.
Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled. |
