Although there was some graffiti which was saddening, there were also some really detailed and unique petroglyphs. We found the best ones near the end of the trail by climbing across the boulders and additionally some in the middle of the path, up a faint trail heading up. We had the whole place to ourselves and the temps were awesome. Definitely worth a stop here when in the area.
We drove over to the historical site with the sawmill ruins next. Was interesting to quickly check it out, but wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for this stop. |
