| partners | | I had this on the calendar for 2 weeks ago, but the timing did not work out.
Joe joined Rob and I on this one. CW direction, the Dutchman, Second Water and Black Mesa Trails were all in their typical decent condition. Pools of water can be found along this loop currently.
The off trail was to only real slightly tight portion of the day and really only in Boulder Canyon until the turn going up Palomino Mountain. The up climb up is loose in spots, but better than I'd remembered.
Once up top Rob and I did a bit-o-esplorin' and the we took a break for lunch.
The Dutchman Trail has never excited me, but it gives you a chance to peer around Supes geology
Temps were absolutely perfect the entire day. |
