Not sure I want to call this a hike it was more of a walk or stroll along the road in Sabino Canyon. Was getting rear tires put on my jeep and needed to kill some time and Sabino was close by. Walked to the last bridge and turned around, also did a side trip up a small hill near the entrance of the canyon to what looks like a water tank encased in a rock structure. I have never been up to the tank even though I have seen the structure up there for many years. Not much to see as far as the rock structure goes but there are great views up and down stream of Sabino and the Dam. Nice overcast day, good water flow and a variety of wild flowers. Saw a couple of ducks (mallard) but Ginny and I are debating weather we saw 3 or 5.
