| no partners | | | Rained last night, perfect time to hit those sandy EMRP trails! Started at Estrella Foothills Community Park and took Park Ave over to the Iron Ranger. Picked up Crossover Trail to Pedersen. Homestead from west to east, wow, can't imagine getting though there on dry sand. Managed to get through the worst sections without jumping out of the wash. Back on Pedersen which is a real treat back to Gadsden. Made my way back via Toothaker. Took the shortcut sandy two track that parallels Park Ave from the Iron Ranger back to the high school. Didn't see anyone on the trails. Chilly and windy. Almost thought I was going to get stormed on, but must have pushed north. |
