Lazy Sunday morning hike. Stayed on the road and hiked slow. Found a few more horse trails that I haven't hiked, numbered 309 and 308. Saw a few 4WDs along the road, mostly on the way back. There was a helicopter over by LDSP and I got back to the trailhead, may have been a SAR operation going on.

I forgot about the marathon today, but got lucky with my usual early start. Driving in from Brown Road I had to take a detour, but 88 was good. On my way back I had smooth sailing getting home, but inbound the backup before where the runners cross on Superstition Blvd and 88 was a good half mile

Chilly to start, then got warm quick, then cooled off when the clouds rolled in, which were very welcome.
