| no partners | | | Pretty warm this morning, like 79 degrees at 6:30 in the Estrella Mountain Regional Park Rodeo Grounds parking lot. Nice cloud cover and a stiff breeze kept the temps manageable. From the trailhead, took the short connector over to Gadsden, then Desert Rose to the PIR parking lot and back, Gadsden to Flycatcher back to Gadsden, Butterfield UP to Dysart to Toothaker and back to the parking lot. Saw 7 hikers and 3 bikers. Kept the pace reasonable and did lots of climbing. Made it up the crazy steep tech section on Butterfield, big grins! First ride on new Fox MTB shoes. |
