Denny's New Years hike with a great group of 7 and Bruce was also there. Linda setup the car shuttle for us which was awesome. I'm not sure why Bruce is always so mean to her, she is really nice. We started when JJ arrived. I stayed in the car until then to keep warm. It was freezing at the start but warmed up pretty quick. Boring until the cool side canyon and the river. The fall colors down there were nice. I can't believe the places a motorcycle can go.

Thanks to Wally,Turtle, JJ, Linda, Ben, and Jess for making it a less boring hike. Ben's stories about his dad's hikes were funny.

I'll be ready to hike with Bruce again in 2030.
