Day two of three and the main event of our Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument trip.
JJ and I hiked this 10 years ago. Most details had been forgotten.
Following the drive from our campsite, we got going on the hike around 830.
Lots of great scenery and elevation gain. Only saw one other hiker on the ascent. Once we summitted we spent a half hour poking around the area and snacking. Got off trail a bit near the Bull Pasture sign but got back on the main trail quickly. Saw a few more folks on the way down, only one of which probably made it up top.
