| no partners | | Sunrise kayak around Sydney Harbor. We actually did this two mornings in a row b/c the first morning an unusually heavy fog descended on the harbor causing us to turn back (see route track), so they gave us the option of a refund or return the next day. We opted for the latter, but I forgot to track it.
The fog was so unusual that it made the news (as did we, when we were stopped by a local TV reporter later that day and asked about our experience).
I'll include in a photoset a few from the an evening harbor cruise. We were there during a couple of weeks when they hold a Vivint Sydney festival with light displays throughout the city and projected on the Opera House and Harbor Bridge. It was pretty cool. And a big shout out to the Sydney food truck industry. They take their food trucking pretty seriously and have some amazingly elaborate trucks with incredible food! |
