This time I started at the trailhead South of Whitehaven road on West River road. I hiked the main trail which passed by the Nike Base recreational area, continued on the green trail until I reached the East junction with the White trail. Then I took the white trail loop counter-clockwise back to the green trail junction. Then, I took the blue trails over to the Memorial/Cemetery on Whitehaven road to finish where my Dad was waiting. My Dad walked about 1.5 miles around the Eastern end of the trail system. |
