| no partners | | Arrived at 6.10 am with Mauro and Marcia. There's a pretty nice trail going up to the high point. Temps were very comfortable in the morning. The forecast showed:
6 am - 73 F with 25% humidity, UV index 0/11
7 am - 76 F with 22% humidity, UV index 1/11
8 am - 81 F with 18% humidity, UV index 2/11
8:30 am - 84 F with 17% humidity, UV index 3/11
We took a few breaks to get photos and admire the views. We finished just after 8:30 am and we were just feeling the sun but it was fine at that time.
I also stopped over at peak 3454 which was not far out of the way. The trail going to peak 3454 is not as developed.
Lastly, I hiked Gates Pass peak because it was right along my route back to the parking lot.
