Great day for a hike! Did it clockwise this year as we did it counterclockwise last year. The trail was faint in some places, and it was easy to go astray due to all the animal trails. The GPS track was helpful, so we didn't go too far off course. Saw some cattle and wild burros. Met the gentleman who blazed the trail and maintains it and we thanked him for his efforts. He was off to do some maintenance on this day. He said he named the trail in honor of Walkin' Jim Stoltz. This website is about Stoltz - http://www.walkinjim.com/
