Took a little drive to Tucson to hit a trail down that way for something different. Wasson Peak was my pick for the day. It was a little warm but most of the hike had overcast which helped a bunch. While making the loop and arriving at the Esperanza turn off I messed up and went right instead of left. The sign is a little confusing but really it was my fault as I was just in another place mentally. Not a big deal at all but it added an extra 3.4 miles to my journey. Looks like the Aspen Loop trail will have to wait until next trip down that way.

The trails here were in really great shape and easy to travel on. Clearly the park service does a good job keeping them up. Also the views on top of Wasson Peak were very rewarding! Nice Hike!
