Got started shortly before 5 and was at the top at 6. Sweet view of the sunrise. Explored the peaks south of Vulture once again. I couldn't find a way to the tallest one(s), but only checked one side. Instead I made it one over from where I was in June. It was about a 20ft slope. The volcanic rock is perfect for climbing. Storm clouds were rolling in so there was a light sprinkle on the way down. Couldn't have asked for better weather. It felt cool/cold 90% of the time with consistent winds.

I don't think the "climbing" in these mountains compares, but it definitely got me thinking of a Brown's Peak trip in the future. Don't want to do that one solo, though, so if anyone's game to watch me quiver in my boots, let me know.
