| partners | | We headed up to do Keet Seel and had a little extra time on our hands, so we took at trip up to the High Point on Black Mesa. There were some cloths hanging on the trees along the way in the first half mile or so which seemed a little weird. Not sure what they were doing there unless they serve as make shift scare-crows? If they were trying to make scare-Johns they kinda worked. 
The hike itself is quite rewarding and we were both surprised by how nice it was. The views from up top are great as long as you are near the edge. From the High Point itself the views don't come into play because they are blocked by trees.
It was cool to see Jim H's name in the register up there. I left a little note saying hi! |
