| no partners | | | Sunday was gonna be for the Mrs. and I our first day off in 3 weeks. Just get us out there, anywhere. We've talked to countless people, had our friend in from Japan, ate and ate great food and consumed the free world supply of adult beverages. For me this would probably be more of a waddle than a hike. We decided to check out the mesa north of Pueblo La Plata on the north side of Silver Creek. Well we didn't find much in the way of Native Americana, a couple of small sites, some shards and no petros. All we found was solitude, fresh air, wide open land and blue skies. In other words, just what we were looking for. |
