| no partners | | A couple of years ago Deb and I stumbled upon a really cool petro and since we didn't have our camera then, today we'd get a photo of it. Being a native born Zonie with outdoor skills literally in my genes, this would be a simple walk up, shoot, then home for cocktail time. Imagine our surprise when we learned someone had moved this car sized boulder elsewhere. Well of course I must have walked past it. I'll turn around. Nope. Well then we must not be there yet, then we'll find it. Nope.
We'll move on and do a loop then I'll come back because of course it had to be over by that saddle.
We did find some interesting things that day, small sites, cute little abode, terrace gardens and some petros. Then we came upon the most mysterious petro, even more odd than the supernova a couple of weeks before.
If the new world never used the wheel, then how come we found the Hohokam Mercedes dealership?
We'll ponder that as we head back and of course I'll go over to that saddle and get that petro shot. Hmmm...
Apparently we'll get that photo the next time we go up there. |
