I dug around in my first aid kit for my mole skin and some tap 
I patched up my ankles and changed my shoes for a quick hike around Go John. It hurt and probably wasn't the smartest thing but I had the day off and nothing to do till 4pm so naturally I'd hike till my feet fall off
