| no partners | | Started this hike around 6:30am on a Sunday morning. The upper half of the hike had some icy patches which made for small muddy spots on the trip back, nothing major. Once we passed the tundra line it was very windy but thankfully we'd planned for cold conditions. Saw a few dogs on the path that were all on leashes and seemed to be in good sprit even towards the top. I'd say overall, anyone can do this hike if they start early enough, set themselves at a good pace, and take breaks when needed. Its not a race! Take a few breaks to check out your surroundings. Saw a lot of wildlife that I would have missed if I had my head down! |
