| partners | | Wally suggested we hike to Humphrey's summit a couple weeks ago. Bruce jumped on board and Wally let him pick which route we would take. Wally took it easy on us on the way up and it's the best I've felt doing the summit. On the way down ddgrunning saw us and stopped to say hi. Always great to meet Hazers. There was some snow near the summit and on the back of Agassi but not to bad. Heading down the Agassi switchback we ran into John, Kyle Larry, and Lily. Cool more Hazers! Good to talk to you guys! They said if we were down in Flag later maybe we could meet up for dinner. Going down Weatherford we hit quite a few snow drifts on trail and had to get a little wet. We took a lunch at Doyle saddle. From there it was down Weatherford and across Kachina back to the car. This loop has so much to offer. The views, Peaks, Pines and Aspen along with some cool rock formations and meadows make it a real treat. We had a nice breeze most of the day with some great temps. Great hike and Great company.
The finish worked out just right and we meet the boys for dinner. Thanks for the invite, you guys rock! Good times! |
