I have no idea where the AEG and mileage came from for this hike, as if you hike to the end of the trail sign, it is not over 3,000'. I played with the official track and trimmed it back to where the end of trail sign must be, at is the last canyon crossing and the track descends a slope. I ended up with my stats, once I added the out and back AEG together. It is a nice hike, but not over 3,000', for the official trail.

Anyway, It was very warm and humid and I wanted something new. This is OK, but I think the ridge is better. Not much to look at. The good news is that there is some water up here for wildlife, and some things are greening after the rain.
