Went up Brown's Peak in the 6 day old snow. Ankle high leading up to the chute, then snow got to waist high in most parts of the chute. 2/3 of the way up the chute too much ice had accumilated in the narrow gaps so I had to rock climb the western face of Brown's Peak to reach the summit. Good deal of ice in the rocks as well which made for a very slow and dangerous trek up a normally routine way to get up Brown's. The view from the summit couldn't be beat though. Snow all around, could still see snow on the superstions and much more. Mt. Humphrey was visible early with her snow capped top. Headed down the south face of Brown's and went over to Peak #2. Great day on the Four Peaks.
