We secured the pontoon then departed the pontoon and moved up the steep grade to the cave where we had lunch before our return to the pontoon. The hike itself was less than a mile up, but we did some exploring around the cave. Along the way we saw bald eagles, various waterfowl and desert sheep. The rental was for 5 hours. We did tour the entire length of the lake that was navigable. All our hikers enjoyed the beauty of the area and the bonus of seeing bald eagles and desert sheep. |
