This is a great museum and research facility started in the 1930s and located 15 miles east of Benson off of I-10 at Texas Canyon. This facility mainly focuses on the prehistoric and historic Natives of the area. One major bonus was going into the archive vault and seeing things we've only seen in books. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful place and they even have picnic grounds there. The downside was we talked over 10 hours, ate great meals and had very little time to hike. |
