We parked off of the 260 by Tom's Creek Road and hiked down to the General Crook trail. We had planned to take the original route that came up Devil's Windpipe and go out to the top of Thirteen Mile Rock Butte. We almost made it, got as far as 13.3 Mile Butte and had to call it short cuz it turned warmer than we cared for. At one point I looked down and saw an old rusty tobacco tin, in it was an arrowhead. Someone's memento from years past.
