In our continuing quest of checking out passes in the Maricopa Mtns. for evidence of Native routes, we headed east from the Sheep Mountains. It was a totally uneventful day, no sign of anything Native, temps were in the 60's, no rattlesnakes. Just another crappy day in the Arizona desert. Well we'll try again next week.
