If you come into Andorra from France, it's not far off the main road CG-2. I found some info on the internet about via Ferrata in Andorra, but the visitor centers have a nice brochure that briefly describes 16 of them. Andorra has to be the most mountainous place on the planet. It's not hard to find a cliff of a ski run. Mora is a relatively easy but interesting route about 320 meters long. The whole loop takes about 1.5 hours. There is a parking lot about 150 meters up from the first hairpin. It's a little wet, so watch your footing on the vertical parts. The iron stemples are a little far apart, so short people may have it a little harder. |
