| no partners | | | Short jaunt up a trail from the Col des Montets on The Mont Blanc (TMB) circuit. The Col is only a couple of dozen miles north of Chamonix, France, and is one a of a number of entry/exit points for the vastly popular hiking circuit around Mont Blanc. My wife and I were driving around and just happened to notice the signs. The track is a very short climb up to a view point where we took some pictures, but is of interest also because some friends and I are considering doing the 102 mile circuit next September. I thought some people might be interested in the pictures of the Mont Blanc glaciers back to the southeast. |
