| no partners | | I like it. I hit the trail around 7:23. The temps in the low 30's. I wore hat, trail runners, shorts, long sleeve, short sleeve, and wind breaker. Wind breaker was off in a half hour and I was fine the rest of the hike.
I enjoyed this trail. Plenty of Saguaro in the lower sections. Some nice boulders and rock formations here and there. Nice variety of cacti, trees, and plants for the whole trail. I liked the grade on this one. The aeg was spread out enough to make it pleasant in my opinion. it was a tad hazy but there was still some great views.I hit another tiny peak with antenna on way back.
On the way up I only saw one person. I stopped at the trail junction with Sendero Esperanza Trail.A lady came from that trail and ran by me. We exchanged good mornings as she passed and I guess she hit Wasson Peak with me about half mile out . On the way down I only saw one couple by the junction and a guy and his son by the trailhead. Nice hike, views, and weather. The company
On the way home I hit,El Guero Canelo, Calloway Trail, and DQ. |
