ALMAL
Took Rosie out for a relaxing overnighter at her favorite place. We met ALMAL at his designated camp spot along Horton Creek on Friday evening. We saw one group of headlamps go by on the trail but it was eerily quiet for a holiday weekend. Enjoyed a nice fire and perfect weather. Zero rain all weekend. Saturday morning we went up to the spring for a quick drink, ALMAL fished the holes on along the way. We went west on Highline to the Hatchery and followed faint trails / creek down to the Christian Camp before finishing up on the road. Ate some blackberries on the way. From the TH I departed and ALMAL went back up Horton to camp. Beautiful weekend in Rim Country with good company.
