Did some off trail wandering a little north of the JF / Hoolie Bacon junction. Saw signs of a lot of activity in the area, hunters, Javelina, Deer, and kept running into very smart rabbits (too smart for me at least) Found a series of cairns that seemed to lead over to Lost Dutchman Spring. We also came across a giant cairn on a ridge (33.487392,-111.283408) that I couldn't make sense of its purpose, looks like it took a lot of time and effort to make. Also saw a tremendous White Tail buck that made the whole trip out worth it. Seems to be a ton of trash piles from the 70's or 80's a little north of the trail head, I'm not sure whats worse, drinking Tab or leaving the can for me to find. Awesome area, can't wait to do some more exploring.

There is still water to be found everywhere.
