| partners | | Wally took me out to hit another trail in the Eastern Supes I hadn't done yet. A few Hazer triplog's (thank you) made it look doable for me. We did this loop clockwise. West Pinto is in pretty good shape. There is a carin but no signage at the turn off for Cuff Button. This trail was in better shape then I thought it would be. A little overgrown but we really only got off trail for a little distance climbing one mountain from a spring. We got to see some good views,a ruin, corral, spring, waterfall, and some cool landscape. Wildcat Canyon also has a carin( size of washing machine) but no signage. This trail was in better shape then I thought too. A little faint in a spot or two but less overgrown than Cuff Button. Some nice views and rock formations, a cool little fall, and we saw 4 Whitetail on this one. I went into this loop expecting to be more beat up by these trails and wound up enjoying it more than I thought I would. Thanks for driving and the nice loop, Wally. |
