A lot of work to do 3.3 miles of the Arizona Trail, But that has been true for all the portions of Arizona Trail in the Mazatzal Mountains (If you are just doing day hikes). Well worth the hike, this is the second time doing the City Creek Trail and I still found it worth it. This time the water was plentiful along both the City Creek and the Arizona Trail. The City Creek Trail is well maintained and easy hiking (for an uphill climb) because there are not a lot of rocky steps, trail is pretty smooth.
