Northern portion of Arizona Trail #15 Tortilla Mountains, Kelvin Hwy to Ripsey Wash. Trail is in good condition and easy to follow, no water along this route. Weather was a bit windy and cold but not bad. Views of Pinal Mountains and town of Kearny, Wimkelman and the Ray Mines are excellent. This is a round trip hike
