This is a round trip hike along the Arizona Trail #14 from Freeman Road to Beehive Well. I Thought this hike was interesting even though it just crosses a lot of desert cattle country. I really like the large washes of the desert and this area has a few, Putnam Wash and just south of this hike is Bloodsucker and camp Grant Wash. This is definitely not a hike for late spring into early fall. There is water along this route but be prepared to treat it. I brought enough water for a one day hike so wasn't necessary for me.
