Stopped for a quick jaunt around this loop. The road into First Water is in need of grading but I've also seen it worse.
Hackberry spring is full, clear, nothing coming out of the pipe, and full of frogs. Dry everywhere else of course.
Saw three other groups on the trail just past noon.
