| partners | | Bruce opted for three low key loops.
1) Hackberry Spring Loop
You can polish off this little gem in several ways. Appears some are adamant in declaring a portion as official Hackberry Spring Trail. Signage is nice. Not convinced it's official. No trail number, pressed/treated 4x4 posts, two signs on each posts, no mention on the FS site.
We explored a couple extra areas... babbling not paying attention.
2) Prospectors Trail #57
B and I have needed this trail to finish off the [ Area Leaderboard: Superstition Wilderness Trails ]
Worked it into a Praying Hands Loop from Crosscut TH.
Expected it to be the least desirable. Think it easily tops Lost Goldmine Trail #60. There are no bad trails in the Supes, some just seriously rock.
My first hike around the Praying Hands. As expected, tourist city. Unanticipated... wow, been missing out.
3) Baby Willow Loop
High yield adventure to mileage.
Synopsis
Darn near perfect puffy cloud blue skies at times made this collection of little hikes outstanding for stretches.
D, thx for the Bama pie!
Note, you can almost combine our 1st & 3rd hike w/ [ Needle Double Vista ] |
